Best Served Cold has an intriguing premise revolving around revenge and strategic choices, but the execution currently leaves something to be desired. The game attempts to combine tactical combat with story-driven gameplay, but fails to fully weave these elements together seamlessly. The combat sometimes feels slow and repetitive, with little variety in enemies and strategies. This makes it difficult to remain truly engaged with the gameplay in the long run.

Visually, the game is functional, but it lacks the details and polish needed to make the whole experience convincing and atmospheric. The graphics are simple and lack the power to effectively support the dark and intense atmosphere the story aims to convey. Technically, there are also some glitches and bugs that detract from the experience.

The story has potential, with themes such as revenge and moral choices, but it is not developed deeply enough to truly captivate players. The dialogue and character development remain superficial, causing the emotional weight of the choices to have less impact than desired.

All in all, Best Served Cold is currently a game with an interesting idea, but flawed execution. For tactical gamers looking for something new, it might be worth keeping an eye on, but the current state of the game makes it difficult to play for a long time without getting bored.
